Forms are used to get site visitor information. For that HTML element has a <form> </form> element, and it can create a nice form using different types of form elements. However, when the user submits the form, the server side process is processed using PHP, Python, ASP etc. Even after the process, the database can be saved using it. However, the form is simply formatted with the HTML form element. A simple form

<form action="processor.php" method="post">
<input type="text" name="first_name" />
<input type="text" name="last_name" />
<input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit" />

A mandatory attribute of form is action. If submitting the form here, the form data in a file will be taken into the file to take it.

And with the method attribute, it is said that the data will be sent as I have given post. Data is hidden when sending the data to the post method, but there is another method called get method called method (“get”) where data is not hidden. As Google has used the get method on Google search because it is worth looking here instead of hiding data. When you search something on google, you will see the address bar of the browser that shows the search. However, they have detailed discussions in PHP.

Then I created two text fields with the input element, where the user can enter his name. The type of input tag in the type of attribute can be determined by the field.

Type = “text” will show text fields and a field like text in the browser. Again type = submit “submit” above the submit button.

Enter the name of the field with the entry name of the input. The attribute of each field is to give the value of the attribute differently, because the PHP process is processed by this value, so think the data of two fields of the same name as two.

The value given by the value attribute for the submit button will appear as the text on the button.

** You can use any global attribute form element such as id, style, class, etc.

User can create CheckButton form fields with checkboxes and radio buttons, for example, if you want to submit a form for the user to read

<input type="checkbox" name="prob" value="1">probability
<input type="checkbox" name="fotran" value="1">Fortran
<input type="checkbox" name="o_stat" value="1">order statistics

probability Fortran order statistics

Any form related form must be present in all <form> </ form>. The form that I provided for the above example, will be shown in the browser exactly when creating the form, but it will not work.
